The word ‘chichu’ in Japanese translates to ‘deep within the ground’ which in construction terms refers to the foundations of a building.
Foundations are essential both literally and figuratively. In our approach to construction our belief is that the foundation is laid prior to stepping foot on site.
OUR STORY
Managing director Dean Barthelmess, created Chichu Constructions in 2017 with the aim of creating spaces that push the boundaries of construction and emulate the standard of what a high-end builder is.
A simple philopshy that over the years has developed and formed Chichu Constructions into what it is today. Through delivering multiple projects in residential, commercial, retail and hospitality, Chichu Constructions have become a team that is able to take on any project and deliver it to a standard that surpasses expectations.
