Chichu came to us through referral, the most compelling form of marketing because it isn’t paid for. They had completed multiple quality works in our building and all reports were glowing, so it was an easy decision for us to commission Chichu to make our dream apartment a reality.
From the outset the company’s professionalism was apparent: the Director was available 24/7 throughout the build, overseeing the excellent on-site staff, negotiating the complexities prevalent in any apartment build and sheltering us from problems by taking initiative to solve issues before briefing us.
Many builders can construct a decent dwelling but the quality of the workmanship in our apartment is exceptional. As a self-confessed demanding client I don’t offer flippant compliments, but the miniscule size of our post-build defect list speaks volumes for the time and care taken by quality staff at all stages of the building process. Chichu obviously have vigorous standards that are strictly adhered to.
The project timeline was followed with military precision, our build was completed on time, as promised and under budget. The customer service across the company was exemplary with the Director, Project Manager and Accounts department keeping us fully briefed at all stages of the renovation. They made every effort to save us money on materials which they weren’t obliged to do, they called in “favours” to solve complex problems and they went above and beyond their contractual obligations.
This is a testament to a company who places the customer front and centre in all their actions and Chichu has nurtured a culture that ensures this is a non-negotiable across their organisation.
The best compliment I can give Chichu is that I wouldn’t want to engage any other builder after working with them. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a high-quality build, a strong customer orientation and a company that acts with honesty and integrity. The last attribute may be the most salient and in closing let me add that I wasn’t solicited to write this testimonial. I asked to do it because Chichu deserved it.

It is easy for a business to shine when everything runs smoothly; the real measure is how they respond when things don’t go to plan, and Chichu set themselves apart.
The completed residence is not only a beautiful home but also a reflection of Chichu’s high standards and values.
